Hey everyone, my name is Kayla and I am trying to raise funds for my mother, Kate Deveno. My mom has recently moved in with me from Massachusetts to Virginia, and was unemployed for the short time that she was making the move. She just started to settle in and get her feet on the ground, starting her new job in her new home! While she’s been at her new job for a few weeks now, her health insurance doesn’t kick in until after a month. To summarize, she ended up getting admitted to the hospital and needing emergency surgery to remove her gall bladder. I’m hoping to raise some funds to offset the costs of the ambulance ride, hospital stay, and surgery itself.
