Fundraiser for John Knuth

Hello, my name is Bart McKee. I have had the priveledge of calling John Knuth one of my best friends for the better part of 20 years. John and I also work at Sarasota Memorial Hospital together on the System Engineer team in the Clinical Systems Department. John has been a long time employee of SMH and has helped countless individuals and families through his work and generosity. John is one of the kindest souls I have ever met in my lifetime and I am blessed to have him in my life. It is the consensus of anyone you speak to about John that knowing him makes your life better.

A little over 2 years ago, John was diagnosed with pancreatic cancer. Needless to say, this was a shock to us all; especially his family: Wife, Kathy and Children, Kiana and Christian. It has been a very rough go of it to say the least. Countless tests and treatments, radiation, chemotherapy. John faced his devastating disease with a level of grace I have not seen before. Whenever anyone asks how he is doing, he always replies with his favorite phrase: ITS ALL GOOD! John took on this fight with endless fortitude and strength, not for himself, but for his family. I learned quickly when I met John many years ago that his family was handsdown his #1 priority in life. He lives for his wife and beautiful kids.

Even with SMH insurnace, the bills have mounted. This is the time that he and his family need your help. Please find it in your heart to donate what you can for John's family. Any amount will help and I am hoping we can easily exceed the miniumum limit I entered here when building the page.

John has given his life to his family and friends. Please lets give back to him a fraction of what he has given all of us.
