Fundraiser for Jamae Jorgensen Hellwig

My beautiful sister-in-law, Jamae, left us on Monday, May 29, 2023, after a struggle with postpartum depression. We are heartbroken to have lost our brilliant, funny, loving, talented, and kind Mae Mae. She has left behind two of the sweetest boys; 2-year-old Caelum and 7-month-old Vincent, as well as her husband, Travis Hellwig.

We are seeking funds to support Travis, Caelum, and Vincent after this unimaginable loss. He is in need of funds to help pay his mortgage, pay for child care so he can continue to work, and buy the necessities babies and toddlers require such as formula, diapers, and clothing. Jamae was a fiercely passionate early childhood educator and visual artist. She wanted nothing more than to give the world to her boys. In honor of her spirit, we also plan to create savings for the boys so they may have access to mental health services, education, and art classes.
