Jake Bowden is a 17 year old lad from Ash, our Families have known each other all our lives. Growing up Jake was always active, always cheeky & always smiling, a typical young chap. In recent times Jake's health started to deteriorate. After numerous Tests devastatingly he was diagnosed with an inoperable Brain Tumour, the numerous tests continue to find out what treatment they can give him. The road is long for Jake, he will need all the help & support on his journey emotionally, physically & financially. We don't know yet what the future holds for him but we know we need to do all we can to support him in whatever way we can. So anything you can donate will be greatly appreciated, we all know how tough times are currently, so it makes your kindness even more special.
