Fundraiser for Jack Turner

I am opening this Go Fund Page for my Teacher and friend, Jack Turner. I have been a friend and student of Jack since January of 1994. As long as I have known him, he is a man of great character and integrity. Earlier this month Jack was rushed to the hospital with extreme chest pains. As it turned out he had a blockage to his heart and required immediate surgery to prevent a heart attack.

Thankfully the surgery was successful and Jack is recovering well. Jack is a dedicated family man, and is surrounded by his loving wife Mindy and his three children, Skyler, Preston, and Ella. When he is not at work teaching Martial Arts, he is home with family spending all of his free time with them.

He also has a second family. These are the men and women of United Studios of Self Defense. I have watched over the years how Jack’s caring, compassion and dedication to his students and Instructors have made a positive impact in their lives. Many of these men and women have gone on to have successful careers in the Martial Arts due to Jack’s training and his desire to always help others.

Jack is a man who always gives of himself and never asks for anything in return. He is a man of deep faith, and his ability to teach will continue but may be impacted due to his condition.

Jack has given so much to others that I am asking you support him during this time of need. God tells us in his word to love him with all our heart, mind, soul and strength, and to love our neighbor as we want to be loved. Let us provide a blessing to Jack and his family.
