Because we loved you so much we were delighted to share with you not only the gospel of Jesus Christ but our lives as well.
This is our family verse, 1 Thessalonians 2:8, our family is strong and we count on each other, we depend on each other, and we love each other. The lord has blessed us with a close loving family made from different pieces, all different, yet so important to the game of life. Many of you know our family. Like you, we have faced many challenges and difficulties and the Lord has taught us so many valuable lessons from each one. So often families have to deal with things that from the outside looking in are traumatic, burdensome, and hopeless. But from the inside looking out those difficulties become instruments of peace, joy, hope, patience, and love when there are no boundaries on limits.
Our gift from God came to us in our first born son, Coy. Coy was born with autism and is a true blessing to our family. Through Coy's early childhood Janet wrote some short stories of the extreme challenges, miraculous accomplishments, and tremendous lessons we as a family had learned.
The first of these stories being “Fred the orange baseball”. It is a tremendous story of how God brought victory, strength, joy, and comfort through hopelessness, fear, and doubt. Fred gives hope and reassurance that we can overcome, that we are loved and have a purpose no matter our shape, color or size.
We as a family would like to share the story of Fred with you. We are starting this GofundMe to help raise the resources we need to get the message of Coy and Fred to the world. We have been given such a great story with our family in dealing with some of life most difficult obstacles, and have come to find out that we can and do find the strength to overcome. Will you consider endorsing the message of Coy and Fred. Fred is a game changer, like Coy, he will change many lives. This is our turn to go, and we are ready to rise.
