On Saturday August 15, my brother-in-law Eric Figg suffered a life altering  fall. While moving deer stands, something Eric has done for years, one of them buckled causing him to fall 20ft.  

Eric was then flown to the hospital. After a CT scan and MRI they revealed that Eric had multiple fractures and spinal cord damage. He underwent surgery, having screws and rods put in to relieve the pressure on his spinal cord. It’s going to be a long road of hospital stays and rehab facilities for Eric. 

As many of you know Eric and his family rarely asks for help.  In fact they are always lending a helping hand when needed.  

At this time it is very unlikely that Eric will be returning to work anytime soon.  They will need help making ends meet and covering the rising hospital costs.
