Meaning: Sun ray, bright light, torch.

It is with great sadness that we share the news of Elynn Thomas's passing on April 30th, 2023. Elynn was born on February 2nd, 1992, and battled with a heart condition from a young age, which ultimately led to her receiving a complete heart transplant 20 years ago. Despite the challenges she faced, Elynn remained a beacon of positivity and hope, spreading joy wherever she went.

Elynn was known for her infectious smile, "all will be well" attitude, and her unwavering love for her family and friends. Her passing has left a deep void in the hearts of those who knew her, including her husband David, parents Pamela and Tracy, her brother Aaron, her dog Amber, her sorors, her Pontiac School system and many more loved ones and friends she has met along her journey.

Unfortunately, Elynn's family is now faced with the daunting task of covering the many medical bills that accumulated during her illness, in addition to, funeral and other critical expenses. We are reaching out to our community for support to help alleviate the financial burden on her family during this difficult time. Any contribution, no matter how small, will be greatly appreciated and will go directly towards the medical expenses incurred.

We hope that you will join us in honoring Elynn's memory and supporting her family during this challenging time. Let us come together as a community to show our love and support for this wonderful woman and her family.
