Fundraiser for the Swanson Family

As most of you have already heard, Justin Swanson passed away suddenly yesterday.
Many of you have already reached out to the family or have been able to help through the church and I'm sure the support has been overwhelming.
Doug has taught at Berean for nearly 40 years. With the number of current and former students/staff, I'm positive we can show how much we appreciate Doug and his family.
There has never been a time that I've had a conversation with Doug that didn't instantly make my day better. He is as genuine as they come and has a great love for people, especially students.
As a graduate (Class of '03), I can't think of a better way for all of us to come together and show love and support for Doug and his family during their deepest time of need.
Please join Britteny and I in donating. The average campaign on Gofundme raises just over $1,000. I've set the goal at twice that and believe it's easily doable. That would at least help with the travel expenses as they go back and forth between Rockford and Texas getting everything sorted.
If you are unable to give, then please pray. Thankfully, they have a massive support system but prayers are definitely needed as they navigate life moving forward.
