Our mom, Debora A. Murphy, was diagnosed with terminal metastatic breast cancer in February of this year. She has since had to leave her job. Her and our father are now on a very fixed income and are struggling with the cost of everyday living, transportation cost and medical bills. 

Mom will  be in chemotherapy for at least 6 months (possibly longer) and now has to go to infusions 3 days a week to boost her immune system and a fourth day for chemo. She is a true fighter, and despite being told if this chemo does not slow the progress she may have less than a year to live, continues to fight and hope for much longer.

She he is a very proud woman, and hates that she is now forced to ask for help. 

Every dollar will go directly to mom and dad to help with the cost of travel to her appointments,  cover portions of her medical bills not being covered by insurance, and help with some bills at home.
