Fundraiser for Dave Fisher

Hi my name is Sam I am doing a fundraiser for my brother Dave for medical bills/supplies and just help in general till he gets back on his feet.. I didn't really want to do this because I know he wouldn't want me to because he's used to always just letting things play out as they do and carrying the load himself and I would like to help him lighten that load this time around.. many hands make light work! I'll try to keep a long story short and stick to the basics so bear with me please.. he's had type 1 diabetes for years now he's fought thru many low glucose attacks and many miserable highs and had multiple seizures caused by low levels but always seemed to pull thru somehow but this time on 08/24/23 he had a seizure overnight because his glucose level dropped to 17 and he was found in his bed in a state of unconsciousness and nobody knows if he was like that for an hour or 6 hours but it did a number on him.. now he's been in the hospital since with a very short memory span and needs monitored 24/7 to keep his levels in check so he can recover and the neurologist said he should regain full memory but it could be a few more days a week maybe a month nobody knows for sure but either way he'll be off work for sometime and this time we are getting him top notch care/diabetic equipment/and appointments for education when he gets out and he doesn't have insurance so a little help would go a very long way in getting him the stuff he needs for self care and to help with life in general till he gets back on his feet! I'm not very good with words so I hope you can read between the lines if you can't help financially Prayers would also mean a whole lot as well!! Update he did get a freestyle Libre reader now that goes on his arm that keeps his levels monitored at all times that he can keep track of now on his phone and I can as well on mine so that's a huge step in the right direction
