Our dear friend, Danny Foster, is in need of our financial assistance with the challenges he is currently experiencing. 

Please help if you can.

Danny is both an amazing friend and a loving example to everyone he meets.  His positive outlook and supportive nature have inspired and motivated anyone who has had the good fortune to cross his path.

Now he needs OUR assistance.

Danny is a cancer survivor, who beat colon cancer in the past, and went on to offer emotional support and coaching to many others in that situation, both one on one as a Success Coach for Cancer Patients,  and a peer support Coach through foundations such as Wellspring Calgary.

In addition, Danny was also a spokesperson for colon cancer in Alberta with the McPhail/Forzani Colon Screening Centre in Calgary and the Alberta Reach Foundation.

He is now facing a new challenge….  He has been diagnosed with a malignant tumor on his pancreas.  The doctors are unable to remove it at this time due to its size and location, and therefore Danny has begun chemotherapy to hopefully shrink the tumor to a size where it can be removed.

As we all know too well, the bills and mortgage payments will not stop while he focuses on his recovery.  His unemployment status due to the economic downturn in Alberta’s Oil and Gas Industry is adding to this burden.   There will also be bills for medications, and many other incidentals that he’ll need to purchase to aid in his path back to health.  Let’s all do what we can to enable Danny to focus on his recovery instead of on financial stresses.
