Hi, my name is Susan Swart, and I am sponsoring a fundraiser for Dan Fraczkowski.

Dan Fraczkowski is a registered nurse and previous President of ANA-Illinois. Dan has had liver disease since birth and now needs a liver transplant. I am asking for your help to assist in offsetting health care costs, childcare costs (Dan has two young children), and family expenses while Dan is recuperating; our goal is to raise $15,000.
