God bless everyone! My name is Norberto Rosa Agosto on behalf of the Agosto/Ortiz family . We want to give my uncle Carlos Ortiz the memorial he deserves, to honor his memory and say our last goodbyes. I am currently asking for donations to help cover the cost of Carlos Ortiz's funeral. My uncle Carlos was incarcerated and currently been home for 2 years. Carlos was a father of 4, husband -and loved by many. Always willing to help in anyway he could.
