Fundraiser for Annette Vasquez

As you've heard, one of our dear friends Irving Vasquez recently passed unexpectedly. Irv was not only an all-around great guy, but he and his wife Annette have been a staple in the Wilmington Foodie community for many years. My wife and I have known Irv and Annette for over 20 years. He first came into our lives as a member of our church, Calvary Chapel of Wilmington, then as a key volunteer with Holy Grounds Food Pantry. We watched as Irv ventured into the Food Truck world with The Cheesy Banker, then Poor Piggy's food truck, and finally he and Annette launched Irv's Signature Catering. I honestly cannot say enough about Irv's character - a sweet and kind-hearted man who had little but would literally give you the shirt off of his back. We all loved Irv dearly, and are devastated at his passing. This fundraiser will go 100% to his wife, Annette, to help with the expenses for his final arrangements, as well as carry her through the loss of her partner in life and business.
