Fundraiser for Uncle Ed Lopez & Family

My uncle, EDDIE LOPEZ, will be having his first surgery for his Anaplastic Thyroid Cancer on this Monday, 5/19/25. ATC is a rare, aggressive, and rapidly progressing form of thyroid cancer, known as undifferentiated thyroid cancer. ATC often has a poor prognosis due to its aggressive nature and resistance to treatment. We’ve already seen how much it’s spread since the diagnosis.

Since all of his surgeries and follow up treatments are being done out of town and he was just recently let go from his job (because he isn’t physically able to perform his duties), I’m asking friends and family to please donate to this GoFundMe account. The funds will assist with lodging, meals, medications, etc. for Eddie, Patti (Page) (aka my “Aunt Trish”), & their son Trevor, while they go through this journey together.

My Uncle Ed & Aunt Trish have always been there for me (even during my terrible teens lol) and I would love to pay it forward and help them out during this heartbreaking and hard time. They have the best hearts and are the definition of love and kindness. Thanking you, in advance, for any and all donations as well as prayers and support.
