Hi Everyone,

After dancing 5Rhythms for over two decades I decided to apply to do the teacher training..and got accepted! It's been a dream for many years and has been a lot of joyful work and dedication to get to this point.

I have always danced, it's my greatest joy and practice. Conscious dance changed my life and supported me to navigate my way in the world. It brought me into community and connection with like minded people which I'm forever grateful for.

I have worked as a volunteer organiser for Cambsdance for the last 15 years and have had the privilege of dancing with some amazing teachers who have inspired and encouraged me along this journey.

I am passionate about working with small charities, with people who are marginalised and in the care field, none of which generally offer high earnings, hence my asking for support through this fundraiser. My intention, once qualified, is to offer this wonderful and effective practise to teenagers, people with learning difficulties and marginalised adults. I believe we should all have the opportunity to access creative, fun and effective ways to support us in our life.

I will be offering a big dance party to everyone who has supported me along this path.
