Hi! My name is Marla. I am Kandi's younger daughter. My sister, Eva, and I are trying to raise money to help pay for our mom's expected medical expenses.

On February 13, my mother got in to a car accident that was caused by a hemoragic stroke. Luckily, the worst damage from the accident was our mother's vehicle. Though she had a severe brain bleed on the right side of her brain from her stroke. After several CTs and a couple nights in ICU, Ma required brain surgery, being on a ventilator, and a stay in the surgical ICU. Our mother is still requiring more CTs and now a stay on the hospital's neuro floor, until she can get strong enough to go for physical therapy from not being able to move her left side. We don't know what mobility she'll regain but we've all got our fingers crossed.
