Hello community, I am excited to announce that I am participating in my 3rd, 5k run as part of the Oakland Marathon. Additionally, I am running with Oakland Lacrosse (OLC) and hoping to raise $1,000 to support this amazing organization.

For 14 years OLC has introduced Oakland students to the game of lacrosse which originated with Indigenous communities, likely as early as the 12th century. Known as "The Creator’s Game," lacrosse has proven as an amazing opportunity for Oakland youth to re-create their spaces in sports. I am especially excited about the 4 varsity girls teams that are competing at OUSD high schools.
