Founded in 2023, Michigan Wealth & Asset Management (MWAM) is a registered 501(c)(3) nonprofit and the first club on Michigan's campus dedicated to Wealth & Asset Management. MWAM focuses on immersing its 40 members in the financial world through education, professional development, and portfolio management.

Where your donations go:

Through fundraising, MWAM strives to raise capital and ultimately invest in a portfolio of assets. The portfolio will serve as an educational tool for the club, providing members an opportunity to apply their learnings from weekly meetings, education sessions, and speaker series events.

The money will be transferred to the organization's business checking account, which is held through University of Michigan Credit Union, serving as the official depository of our nonprofit corporation. Your donations will then be transferred to our business brokerage account, where the funds can be invested in our educational student-run portfolio. We are currently in the process of applying for a business brokerage account through Fidelity.
