Jack is a 17 year old boy, and just like anyother boy he has dreams bigger than he is.  But unlike most boys his age Jack is severely disabled with Cerebal Palsy. Jack can't walk or talk and has to rely on his mum for most things. Jack's mum, Nikki, with little to no help over the years has raised 3 children on her own. Caring for Jack and his 2 sisters has been a full time career for Nikki and shes never had a sick day. Shehas lifted and carried Jack, and taken him to appointments to get the specially modified wheelchair that he needs for everything from moving about the house to travel in the car. Here is where the problem is. Jack is a young man now and he doesn't fit into his mum's car like he used to, and the car is almost as old as he is! Nikki and Jack are desperate to get a new car that jack will be able to fit into so that he doesn't miss out on any of the opportunities that are actually available to Jack. It would break the family's hearts if one of the peoplpe that mattered most to them couldn't get to the places that offer him special opportunities to do things that he wouldn't otherwise be able to do. This is my family, my little brother and this is our story. It would mean the world to us to see Jack smile at every activity, every once in a life time opportunity that he would miss without proper transport and every smile is worth it.
