As many of you are aware on Thursday 22nd of August Jackson had a freak accident when he fell backwards off a kitchen stool while having lunch.  He was rush by ambulance to Southend A&E who were amazing. Both of Jackson’s lungs had collapsed and he had severe swelling in his neck and face. He was put into an induced coma and had chest drains put into both lungs.
We were then transferred to the Royal London Paediatric Critical Care unit where he has received the most wonderful care and is doing amazing.
Thanks to the Sick Children’s Trust we have been able to stay with Jackson constantly throughout this process. They provided us with a room and shower 5 mins from the hospital. Aaron has stayed with Jackson during the whole process while I go home to the children at night and then when I come back he sleeps in the room provided by the trust for a couple of hours.
This charity is amazing and helps so many, if you can spare any money to support it, we would be very grateful
