18 months ago i suffered a pretty dramatic fall causing some chronic back pain, being uninsured i was unable to deal with it and continued to work and life live normally, Fast forward to late September and i suffer another fall directing upon my back, This time unable to ignore the pain i went to the Emergency room and they conducted an MRI, The findings were several herniated discs (ls-51, l4, and l5) causing central spinal stenosis and severe nerve damage. I was refered to a Neurologist to further see the extent of treatment and a physical therapist to try to get my life back to normal or as close as possible, I am considered to be at moderate risk of loss of motor functions in my left leg, loss of bowel control and am unable to drive for the foreseeable future. I am trying the get into a neurologist but it just is not possible financially right now with 3 children and one income. Any help would go straight to medical fees and would be greatly appreciated.
