On 2/28/25, we received an email from the Behavioral Health Administration stating that Maryland Recovery Net (MDRN) funding will be paused on 3/31/25. Since we opened in 2018, MDRN funding has provided our residents with the chance to live in a safe, stable environment to begin their journeys of recovery from substance use disorder.
Many people come to us with no resources... no money, no jobs, no social support, no transportation, no IDs... no hope. MDRN funding has given us the means to help these people until they are able to become self-supporting. Without these funds, we will no longer be able to fulfill our purpose. Please consider donating to our cause! These finances will only be used to provide scholarships to people transitioning to our recovery housing from treatment facilities for the first 30 days upon arrival.
There is nothing more rewarding than seeing our residents start smiling again, reconnecting with their families, and learning to contribute to society in a positive way... many of whom become recovery advocates themselves. Please help us continue to provide hope that we do recover!
