Funding Levi's Final Farewell and Family Support

In loving memory of Levi Lorenzo Cates. Levi was a father, brother and son. He loved to fish, play guitar and ride motorcycles. He is survived by two sons, three siblings, a step-sibling, and parents. If you knew Levi you saw his heart for people. He would be the one to give when he had nothing. He would help cut your grass or paint your mailbox, whether he knew you or not. He had a big heart and loved to make people laugh.

Despite his struggles, Levi knew the Lord and wanted to be the best he could be. In our last conversation he said "I want to be a good man and I want my kids to know I never gave up." I want everyone to know that he did not give up- he kept trying.

Unfortunately, Levi did suddenly pass away this weekend. I know God met him where he was and that he is now in peace. More information will be given to his loved ones through personal conversation in time. Other family members will reach out in their own time.

Because of his sudden death, our family was not prepared to fund a funeral. Any donations would be helpful. Our goal of $10,000 includes the cost of burial and celebration of life. Any other proceeds will go to his children and mother of his children, the love of his life, for their benefit.
