Funding & legal support for our Father Lem Barney

We hope this letter finds you in good health, and high spirits.  We are writing to bring your awareness, to the current,  and dire situation, our family faces. Apparent court negligence, prompting the omission,  of the court heard voices, of his rightful legal gaurdians has motivated these present circumstances. The court barriers have created these long term, ongoing financial strains. We have been seeking  guardianship, conservatorship, and Power of Attorney, for our ailing Father, Lem Barney, who dedicated his life to philanthropy work, in the community, as well as embracing the Fellowship of Christian Athletes, and more.  His career, in the NFL / Detroit Lions Football Team, earned his  place,  in the esteemed Pro Football Hall Of Fame. 

Unfortunately, our family has been thrusted into a overwhelming financial crisis,  due to our Father's declining health,  and medical expenses. The court appointed a Conservator that has been entrusted with managing our Father's pension, and social security benefits,  has taken a draconian/diabolical approach, for over half a decade withholding these funds, for a substantially long period of time. Hence, to the above mentioned family crisis. Thus, hindering our ability to cover our Father's day-to-day living expenses, maintaining the family's present residing situation,  effecting enormous medical medications, and requirements. In addition to family medical crisis, our loving mother has underwent two hip replacement surgeries this year.
