Funding for Stem Cell Therapy treatment in USA

I am suffering with severe heart failure having suffered with a dilated cardiomyopathy for almost 20 years. Following a fall in May 2019 when I fainted and smashed my teeth and split my lip my heart pumping efficiency deteriorated significantly. I have since had my lip repaired and I’ve just recently had a bridge fitted with my new teeth. With regards to my heart failure the viable options left are mechanically inserted devices or if suitable a heart transplant. 

However my sister Dr Christine Salter who has her own surgery in St Louis, Missouri has recommended Stem Cell Therapy. Her colleague has reduced the cost from £25000 to £8000 as he feels I am a suitable candidate.
