My name is Sade Means. I will be a Hampton University graduating senior, Sports Management Major from Portland, Oregon. As a persistent, versatile, hardworking individual. I have a high interest in event operations and business development in the sports and entertainment industry.
Due to the low percentage of Black Women Chief Executive in collectively 123 club teams from the three biggest franchises: National Football League, the National Basketball Association, and Major League Baseball. My career aspiration is to be one of the first Black Woman Executive Vice President of Business Development for Club Business and Events. As well as just being able to have the ability to create new opportunities for black women is truly my end goal and to promote diversity and inclusion in the football industry.
With that said, I want to pursue my master's degree to further my education in the sports industry. Columbia University, Georgetown University, George Washington University, and St. Thomas University all welcomed me with a 6-8 percent acceptance rate. Therefore, on the Ninth of May. I will make my final decision about which school I will attend. However, to retain my place in the program, I must submit a $2,000 deposit. Please assist me financially to further my education and living arrangements in the areas mentioned below (D.C, New York, and or Florida).

Here is everything I accomplished within my Senior Year in college:
- Accepted Philadelphia Eagles Internship ( I could not start the position due to Covid-19)
- Hampton University Football Operations Internship (I Could not complete the program due to Covid-19)
- Start of my Non-Profit Organization - T.H.I.C.C Fitness (https://thiccfitness.weebly.com/#/)
- Finished my Senior Year with a 4.0 GPA
- Externship with Position Sports in the Fall of 2020
- Externship with National Football League Experience Program in Fall of 2020
- Volunteer with Diverse Representation in the Fall of 2020
- Accepted and Participated in Football Forum with National Football League
- Scholarship Offer to George Washington University MBA Program
- I received an Admission offer to St.Thomas University
- I am Graduating from Hampton University on the Ninth of May, 2021 (First-Generation)
- I was accepted into Georgetown University Sports Industry Management Master Program.
- Accepted into Columbia University Sports Management Master Program
- I am Currently a Vanguard Sports Group Intern under Business Development and Operations
- I am currently working as an Intern for Boo Williams Sportsplex
