Hello everyone, we are Elevate Fitness who’s running a 10k on St. Patrick’s Day. There are almost 115,000 people living with diabetes in Northern Ireland and this number is set to continue to rise. We know how devastating diabetes can be and we're here to help raise funds for this amazing charity.
