Funding for Hannah's Farewell
Donation protected
A kind and warm welcome to the GoFundMe page meant to help our family with Hannah’s funeral and memorial.
Hannah struggled beginning very early on in life but faced much adversity head on. She was born with a hearing problem that was eventually overcome. She also was infected with Lyme disease as a small girl and too soon after had to cope with the loss of her sweet 6 year old brother, Riley. Even still, none of these could stop her from being a bubbly and joyous daughter, sister, and wonderful friend to all those she encountered. Hannah was the most innocent and sweet individual you could come across and had love and trust for all whom she met.
Unfortunately, Hannah eventually fell into in the throes of addiction. In it, she experienced homelessness and many absolutely unimaginable things that came with it. Amazingly, she was so unbelievably tough and resilient throughout all this, I could not believe it. Nothing could seem to faze her or shake her of her kind and gentle nature that seemed to be innate. Even with all the impossible challenges our Hannah endured, she fought incredibly hard and was able to get sober for 8+ years while achieving gainful employment and even returning to school with aspirations of becoming a Phlebotomist.
Despite her and her family’s greatest efforts, she came out the other side of addiction and homelessness with serious mental health issues that slowly evolved over her 8 years of being clean, sober, and hard working. With the erosion of her psychological health, (Hannah was diagnosed with Schizo-Affective Disorder and Psychosis), voices she was hearing convinced her and led her to an eventual fatal relapse. An absolutely unspeakable and imaginable nightmare. On the morning of June 6th 2024, she was found passed away in her bed.
Myself and my family are all utterly, infinitely heartbroken and shattered. With the sudden passing of my sister my family is not able to give her the burial and memorial she deserves and we are asking for your support in all ways possible. If you are able and willing to assist in anyway I would be truly grateful.
We are planning a celebration of life on her birthday January 3rd and we also wish to unite Hannah with her brother Riley at the mortuary in which he resides. Thank you kindly for reading about Hannah and visiting our Go Fund Me page.
