Funding for only sons burial

Unfortunately my cousin has lost her only child and son Steven to an accident, she does not have the means to travel 16 hours from Lone Pine to Washington to handle his affairs, she is disabled and unable to work.
He was an 11 year member of the Air Force and deserves a proper handling of his life and memorial. She is absolutely devastated as you can imagine and I’m trying to get her some much needed help.
