April 29, 2021 was the day my life changed, when I first learned that I have Uterine cancer. Since that day, I have learned to walk this journey one day at a time. We hope that I have caught the cancer in the early stages and that with surgery and radiation or chemotherapy that I can fully recover. Today (5/14/21) we received good news that the CT scan didn't show any other cancers. We are continuing to trust in God's healing process.
Nest week, I take the first step towards treatment, a complete hysterectomy. at Atrium hospital in Charlotte I do have health insurance but not cancer insurance, I never expected this to happen to me and I was not financially prepared. I do not even have a medical saving account of any kind. Unfortunately, my insurance will not cover everything, already the hospital wants a $3,000 payment BEFORE doing the surgery on Wednesday in addition to the costs of doctor visits, medical tests and my hospital stay. Needless to say I'm financially overwhelmed and trusting God to provide. If you can help, thank you! if not, please continue to pray for me.
