Next month Evan Little will travel to Houston, Texas for a life changing brain surgery. For the past year and a half, Evan has been experiencing severe headaches, pain, memory issues, trouble seeing, and dizziness. It has been so chronic that he has had to suspend his Engineering degree from Queen’s University during his final year of studies.

An MRI revealed Evan is suffering from a cystic tumor on the pineal gland of his brain.  It’s a rare condition that no doctor in Canada will do surgery for. Thus, Evan and his family must travel to Houston and pay out-of-pocket for this $100,000 surgery. The emotional, physical, and financial burden that the Little’s now face is enormous and urgent.  He is a son, brother, and amazing friend, and his family is absolutely everything to him. Evan is always smiling, supportive, positive, and the friend we are all lucky to have.
