I’m a fan of music, food, and sports. I am a chef at heart, I love going to concerts with my friends and family-but most importantly I am a father. For those who know me will understand the kindness I bring to my work and family.

If you know me you know I have always been a man of my ethics. I have worked hard to provide for my family and give them the best life possible, but I have had some unfortunate luck.

Today The San Diego Field Office of U. S. Border Protections recognizes the tactics used by criminal organizations to take advantage of innocent travelers by concealing drugs, weapons, or even people, in packages and vehicles. The unaware receiver or transporter is referred to as a “blind mule” and despite being ignorant to the situation often face legal consequences.

Last year my vehicle was targeted by individuals trying to smuggle drugs across the border. This conflict combined with the current political climate in our federal government, and pressure from my legal council has resulted in me serving time.

Asking for help is a tough decision. I wasn’t sure if I wanted to put my personal life on blast, but for the sake of my children, I am asking for those who can to donate. I am the sole provider for my family, so your donation would directly go to the monthly costs of groceries, insurance, and other living expenses to support my family while I am away.
