Fund Zoey Moore's Journey to Smile Again

Donation protected
My granddaughter, Zoey Moore, was playing baseball with a young man. She was pitching him the ball and was hit in the mouth with the baseball. It fractured her upper and lower jaw and she lost three upper teeth and one lower tooth. It also knocked all of her other teeth on that side to the inside of her mouth. John Peter Smith Hospital in Fort Worth repaired the fracture and wired her teeth because so many were loose. They put a metal plate in her lower jaw.

She will have to have implants for the four teeth that she lost and possibly a fifth tooth. She will need extensive dental work, which will be very expensive for her parents. The medical bills alone at John Peter Smith Hospital will be quite high. She is a senior this year and is on the swim team and plays violin in her school orchestra. She's a beautiful, outstanding young lady, and she is handling this with so much bravery.
