Hi, my name is Whitney. I’m a proud military veteran and currently work as a CNA, caring for patients every day while working toward my dream of becoming a nurse. Nursing has always been my calling, and I’m so close to taking the next big step.

I have just three prerequisites left to start the program I’ve been working toward at Detroit Mercy, only one prerequisite for another amazing opportunity at Lourdes University. Once I complete these, I’ll be eligible to begin my nursing program …a goal I’ve poured my heart, time, and energy into for the last year ❤️

Between tuition, books, and fees, covering these last courses on my own has been challenging while working and managing daily expenses.
