Fund Utah Businesses Vs State of Utah

Support Utah businesses destroyed by the CVD19 reaction in a class action lawsuit against Gov. Herbert, Lt. Gov. Cox, Salt Lake County Mayor Jenny Wilson, Summit County Council and Richard Bullough, and other county officials.

"Utah Leads Together" is, in fact, not leadership, but rather the final nail in the coffin to destroy many of Utah's small businesses, who cannot survive at 25% of capacity and all the other ways they are being choked by unconstitutional bureaucratic interventions.

We appreciate those still standing in helping fund the defense of those devastated by the reaction of our government officials in hijacking and destroying small businesses, a reaction to a total of 80 elderly deaths in 2.5 months, the lowest in the U.S.

Attorneys Garrett Smith and Neil Skousen are putting a great deal of their own time into the lawsuit, pro bono (no charge), and I (Robyn) am helping fund this, and paying my employees to work on it. However, we have many upfront court and legal costs we need help with, and the lawsuit is expected to take many months, so they will eventually need help financially to spend hundreds of hours on this, with all the cases they will have to pass up, to fight for Utahans and freedom.

We hope to not only (a) win a judgment for these damaged and destroyed businesses, but also (b) set a legal precedent to serve other states whose leaders committed unconstitutional acts, and (c) send a message to elected and unelected officials, and those running for office this year, that this can NEVER HAPPEN AGAIN.

Here's me interviewing Garrett Smith, to help you get a sense of how high-integrity he is, in his desire to help restore Utah's economy and liberties.
