Fund unbiased Research on Weather Modification Practices

Geo-engineering, Weather Modification, chem-trails. The practice of enhancing the weather is decades old, and due to lack of transparency, the public is ignorant and or divided on the reality and facts.

My first goal is to compile a list of companies and the permits required to practice weather modification. Details like what chemicals, and exactly where and when these practices are being implemented. Further research on side effects and consequences of materials used for weather modification will be next. And hopefully a publicly listed plan of this "service" nobody seems to be aware of, can be made available, as most states require a permit, and 60 days notice. If I can get 3000 people to commit $1 a month, I can focus way more time and resources on bringing awareness and transparency to this subject.
