ShiftQR is a free browser extension. As of ten years ago, Apple requires a developer account that costs $100 per year in order to publish extensions for Safari. The proceeds from this fundraiser will go towards paying for the Apple Developer account so I could publish the ShiftQR extension for the Safari browser.
