Fund the Phoenix Earth Food Co-op Mural!

The Phoenix Earth Food Co-op (established in 1992) has made a lot of big moves in the last year. After 30 years of renting, we finally purchased the building we operate in! Furthermore, the building next to us has been torn down, exposing a large side of our building to traffic along Sylvania Avenue.

We are planning to paint this mural, designed by local artist and longtime co-op employee Rob Morrison, along this wall - and we need your help! By making your contribution, we can cover both labor and material costs for this mural and a fresh coat of paint for the remainder of the building.

This new mural will overlook the newly established community garden we have grown on the land where the torn-down building used to be. The themes of this mural speak to our mission of connecting people from all backgrounds to healthy, sustainable food sources.

Painting the exterior of our building is the first phase of a multi-stage capital improvement campaign. Future phases will involve replacing our roof, installing new flooring, and resurfacing our parking lot.
