My name is Issa Miller, and I create music and visual work as TheIssa.

I am a Black artist in my early 30s with a bachelor's degree in Biology, a master's degree in Biotechnology, and I am currently a medical student. My path has never fit inside one category. Music is the center of my work, but I also build through photography, cinematography, design, and interactive technology. I am raising funds to turn years of independent work into a professional creative infrastructure that can support releases, visual productions, and public multimedia experiences.

The goal is $60,000. More than $40,000 will support the development of a professional visual studio for photography and cinematography. The remaining funds will support music-engineering software, recording and production infrastructure, safe studio setup, accessibility needs, project materials, and the transaction and fulfillment costs connected to the campaign. I am not fundraising for luxury or a shortcut. I am fundraising for the tools and controlled environment required to produce serious work consistently.

This support would help me finish and release music, create original films and photography, document my artistic process, prepare TheIssa's debut public multimedia presentation, and build sustainable paid services around the skills I have developed. My scientific and medical education influence how I work: I observe systems, test ideas, document changes, and keep refining until the pieces function together.

I will share progress openly through TheIssa's official website and artist channels. If the full goal is not reached, funds will be applied in practical stages: essential music software and production needs first, then visual-production equipment and studio development as resources allow. Donations will support the project directly; they are not investments and do not promise financial returns.
