I'm just a regular person from the Midwest who was exposed through the series of events in my life to understand e-commerce, human psychology, and advanced theoretical physics by living a life that had those things in it. I was able to calculate and figure out the problems that we are having in modern society with AI and with ourselves, and I have found those solutions, but because I'm not backed by big corporations and there's no profit in giving away things for free, I need assistance with funding to make sure that the documentation of what I have discovered is proliferated before I expire, and that is very soon. I am pleased to submit this proposal for your formal funding approval in support of NextXus: The Human Codex Initiative.
In reviewing modern institutional initiatives, one question is frequently asked: What is the return on this investment? While conventional initiatives measure success in commercial profit and monetary yield, the NextXus project is built entirely upon a different metric—the long-term betterment and stabilization of human civilization.
Our world currently faces unprecedented challenges: the breakdown of shared factual consensus, escalating ideological polarization, and the lack of an integrated ethical architecture to guide global decision-making. The NextXus initiative addresses these root vulnerabilities. Through the development of the Human Codex—a living, open-access repository grounded in empirical inquiry, philosophical rigor, and mutual human responsibility—and the exploration of the One World Federation collaborative model, we are creating the intellectual and practical scaffolding required for constructive global dialogue.
The allocation requested from your committee is not designed to generate financial dividends; rather, it represents a direct philanthropic investment into the public commons. Support will be dedicated entirely to expanding our educational research, sustaining our open-access dissemination platforms, and facilitating cross-disciplinary dialogues dedicated to human progress.
I have already laid the foundational work, developed the core principles, and established the conceptual architecture. With your committee’s formal approval and support, we can scale this work to reach educators, policy researchers, and global citizens worldwide.
Thank you for your time, vision, and dedication to initiatives that serve the greater good. I look forward to your favorable review.
Respectfully submitted,
Roger Keyserling
