God made this up, because there's no way in hell I could come up with this on my own. A mix-matched group of students from a private university navigate life in their twenties. My name is Isabella Joy, I'm 27 years old, and I'm an actress & a writer. I've spent the last 6 years creating this show called Long Story Short with it's director, my friend, Harrison Blodgett. It's a story based on how the two of us became friends back in college. I don't want to give too many spoilers away, but the show tackles themes and topics around love, self-worth and identity, sex, drugs, death- the whole shebang.

None of this show would be possible without the hard work and talent of our cast and crew members. I want to give this show the best chance it can have, that involves hiring the best people. I've always heard it takes a village, and to be so blunt, that village deserves to be paid. This GoFundMe will go toward paying our cast and crew members, as well as having a larger budget for art departments, craft services, and equipment rentals. Absolutely no AI will be involved in the making of Long Story Short.

I genuinely believe in this show. I believe in it's importance, it's originality, it's complexity, and it's need to be told. There are not enough stories like this, so we will fight hell and high water to tell it. Please help us win that fight.
