Welcome to the gofundme page established for the purposes to help reform and bring about the change necessary to battle bureaucracy and the ugly side of union politics.

When working people unite, great things will happen... That is a mantra for unions. Many great labor activists in local unions from up and down much of the South Atlantic & Gulf Coast Seaport regions of the U.S. have been a victim to the machine of union bureaucracy. Your support of this fund will help restore democracy starting with challenging the bureaucratic pitfalls that have forced myself and other chosen leaders of a union to seek attorneys to help beat back the powers that be whom have abused the peoples will with their duties and roles in the union by using litigation tactics on any members/ people challenging the status quo.

As the Honorable Rep. John Lewis said, get in "Good Trouble”! Your contribution to this fund will aid in stopping practices used by those in power to oust people like myself and those who are reformers of the union. Since speaking up for myself as well as other members in our local union and challenging the ethics behind unfair practices, myself and others have been covertly retaliated against with threats to being expelled as member(s) unless paying astronomical amount of monies totaling more than $50,000 within days of receiving notification, denied payments of pay/salaries, refusing insurance coverage, freezing retirement benefits (annuities)… just to name a few of the harassment tactics we’ve been subjected to this far. Any amount of contribution will go a long way in making history in reforming and bringing about justice in the union.

100% of donations will be used towards legal fees and expenses to help reform our union and prevent others from being targeted.
