Fund the Bot Boys' Trip to Vex IQ World Robotics Competition

We are the Bot Boys Vex IQ Robotics team. Our names are Camden, Connor and Griffin and we are 5th graders at our elementary school in Sioux Falls, SD. This is our first year competing in Vex IQ Robotics and we have learned a lot about working together as a team to improve our robot as the season progressed. We have learned many of the basics of STEM by designing, building and competing with our robot. We had a good year in the elementary division of Vex IQ Robotics. In our competitions, we placed 1st once and 2nd once in the teamwork challenge component of the competitions. We recently placed 4th and won the Excellence Award at the South Dakota State competition. This award allows our team to attend the Vex IQ World Competition in Dallas, Texas in May. We are raising funds to offset the expense of attending the World Competition. The entry fee for the competition is $1800 dollars and does not include any travel or hotel accommodations for the three-day event.
