Tecla Esposito and Ian Cronin have been in hospitality for collectively over 30 years. They have always had a clear vision and unmatched determination for innovative ideas within their field. Now married and parents to 2 beautiful children, Tecla & Ian are coming together in business as new partners of the budding wine bar, Heaven And Earth.

Having recently partnered with Halley Chambers & Kipleen Green of Three Top Hospitality, home to Margot and Montague Diner, Esposito & Cronin have been entrusted as full partners & owners of their newest restaurant project, Heaven & Earth.

Heaven & Earth is unique in that it will be re-designed to merge the successful special events sector of hospitality, along with the expanding natural wine movement and fast developing food pop-up scene in Brooklyn. Sustainability practices will be at the center of all decisions made as they grow this space into a pillar of analog hospitality for the Brooklyn community.

Why pop-ups? Food pop-ups are like little culinary adventures that transform everyday hospitality spaces into vibrant food experiences. They offer a chance to try new and exciting perspectives on food and culture, often featuring innovative chefs who may otherwise not have brick & mortar's to showcase their incredible work. Pop-ups bring different crowds together, fostering a sense of community and excitement around food.

Natural wine and sustainability go hand in hand in a truly remarkable way. Natural wine is produced with minimal intervention, focusing on organic or biodynamic farming practices that respect the land and its ecosystems.
