It is with great sadness and disbelief that we announce the sudden death and very unexpected passing of Tatay Fortunato Gomez.

Tatay Fortun leaves behind his wife Nanay Fe, and 5 children Fracy, Flo, Feil, Pinoy and Jessa. The family are so devastated and were not prepared for the high cost of funeral service. We want to give Tatay Fortun the memorial service he deserves, and his request to send his remains to the Philippines. My husband Ador and I are currently asking donations on behalf of Tatay Fortun's daughter Flo to help cover the cost of his funeral.

This loss is deeply personal which makes us realize that there is no one that can even make us feel the way he did... Tatay Fortun is such a great and loving person, he gives encouragement and inspiration to a lot of people.

It is in these times of loss and sadness when you see people coming together to help one another make it through to support the people we care for.
