Hello, my name is Tara Schwab. I am disabled and have seizures. I was informed today for the fifth time that my insurance will not cover an important test for my survival to my treatment of my seizures. It is important that I get this test and it is a week long. The amount that I am seeking is just for the test and the traveling to and from the state I am going to take the test. My animals will be taken care of, luckily, by my roommate while I am in the hospital.
