Dear friends, We really need your help
Our beloved German Shepherd, Szadi, 9.5 years old, suddenly started having heavy heat cycle bleeding and stopped eating. After an emergency visit to our local vet, we found out she had a severe uterine infection (pyometra) - a life threatening condition that required urgent surgery.
Sadly, no charity vet clinic (like PDSA or Blue Cross) could take her because we live outside their area. We had no choice but to take her to South Lincs Vet Group in Sutterton, where she underwent emergency surgery that saved her life.
The operation was successful - Szadi is alive, recovering well, eating, drinking and wagging her tail again.
The total cost was £2,424, most of which we had to pay immediately, using my savings and help from my daughters.
I’m currently not working, still recovering from severe depression, and receiving universal credit. That’s why i’m asking, with all my heart, for any help to cover even part of this cost.
Every little bit helps more than you can imagine.
Szadi is a gentle and friendly soul, she loves people and even cats❤️.
Thank you from the bottom of my heart for every bit of help, every share and every kind word.
