Treatment and rent for catastrophic hyperacusis and mcas

I am a 37yo trans woman and a severe pain hyperacusis sufferer for 8 years, since the age of 29. I suffer from constant burning nerve pain from sound. The world is made of sound, and this condition is brutal and relentless. Cancer survivors talked about how it is 100 times more difficult to endure. https://davidishealing.blogspot.com/2024/11/three-survivors-of-cancer-discuss-their_27.html?fbclid=IwY2xjawG6y5tleHRuA2FlbQIxMQABHb40dBVw0Px9XBaCpwMJpZtTP9jcAucfFFTQsJxCx3_TdNGhz6EV9nsdWg_aem_bpN_gZciACBeIiChEYeTCw&m=1

I had to move home and for 2 years hid in my parents' basement, any level of noise being intolerable and causing ever-growing burning nerve pain within the ears. Even a second of music sounded like a seizure to me. I thought I would never listen to music again. It took 5 years of slow improvement to reach the point I could live a quiet life at home, use my computer, and listen to music and other digital noise. And now, as is often the case for us fragile noxacusis patients, one mistake has now led me to a severe reinjury. I am in hearing protection 24/7, and removing them even in a completely empty room causes immediate burning in the ear. Months have passed with no sign of improvement or stabilization.

I was previously able to tolerate the noises of my parents' house, but that is no longer the case. I am worsening steadily and some days struggle to chew food because of the pain and inflammation. I can only communicate via text. On top of that, I have other health issues related to previous Lyme exposure, such as intolerances to food, chemicals, and environmental irritants, which I cannot effectively treat due to the extreme sensitivity of my ears. There are very few prospects for me in this grim situation, and none that disability can afford. On top of that, I am soon to be homeless as I am being kicked out of my families home where I have lived for 8 years. I need all the help I can manage to find a place where I am not in pain and worsening the hyperacusis and tinnitus and can try to heal, and to pay for medical expenses up to and including surgery.
